Rochelle Bilow is a classically trained chef – she earned a degree from the French Culinary Institute – and now works as a food and wine personality. After graduating culinary school, Rochelle got her cooking chops at Aldea, a New York Times-starred Restaurant. She represents the Finger Lakes Wine Region as their Wine & Food Ambassador in addition to maintaining freelance culinary writing relationships with the New York Cork Report, Edible Finger Lakes, The Syracuse Post-Standard and USA Today.

Camille Parker
Camille Parker of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts has had a passion for food since she was a child. Camille spent years of her childhood in her mother’s Italian restaurant and furthered her passion for Italian cooking while living in Rome for three years. After attending culinary school, Camille returned to her mother’s restaurant and served as head chef. Camille then took her knowledge and love of Italian cooking to New York City where she had the opportunity to work with famed chef Mario Batali at Del Posto restaurant. Today, she shares her talent and passion for cooking as an instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Chicago. In her free time, you’ll find Camille exploring the Chicago food scene on NBC Chicago’s Nonstop channel and on her blog.

Gina Keatley is an award-winning chef, nutritionist, and humanitarian. Utilizing her professional and educational experiences, Gina has become known for her food-focused television appearances, cookbooks and her campaign against the use of processed foods in low-income areas. Gina has been recognized for her work by CNN Heroes, L’Oreal Women of Worth, The Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, American Culinary Federation, as well as The James Beard Foundation for humanitarian and culinary service.
