Nikola Tesla was, as per his Wikipedia entry, “a was a Serbian-American inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, and futurist,” but they forget to include his most popular roles: supergenius, heartthrob, and wizard.

Yes, the inventor best known for uncovering more science and killing fewer elephants than his electric rival, Thomas Edison, was desired by thousands of ladies, but among his many quirks (and let’s be honest: neuroses bordering on psychosis), he insisted on a purer state of being. Whatever works, dude, just keep inventing the 20th century, possibly a few more beyond the 21st.

Let’s see what the wunderkind and possible 13th Doctor does with his day, eh?

Good thing you invented time travel.

Jacopo della Quercia is a man of many talents who somehow eluded death in 1438. He can regularly be found at Cracked and on Twitter @Jacopo_della_Q
