Welcome to another Tuesday with Jen Selter!
I'm going to become certified as a trainer. I love helping people. I love teaching my friends. I learned on my own. I never had a trainer. People will look at me and be like, "You're a gym rat--all you do is work out." They think I'm a health freak But what people don't understand is you can work out a lot but you're still normal. I still eat, I still drink. Chocolate I will never give up. I eat according to how much I work out.
I hate when people complain, but they're too lazy to go work out. I'm the laziest person ever. I spend an hour legit working out, two hours mingling, resting a bit, then getting back to my workout. I try to go at hours when there's not a lot of people working out.Fitness is obviously a huge part of your life. What's something about you that doesn't fit that profile?

Is it automatically creeping if they hit on you?
I'm very friendly, so if someone's going to creep I automatically turn it into a friendly conversation, more straightforward. Are there haters in real life?
Haters are behind the back. Girls my age, typical Long Island girls, will be jealous; they don't like to see you doing better. But there's also girls who are like, "I follow you, you're so inspiring." Even some guys--who are not creeping--they're just like "You motivated me. You got me to come to the gym."
