Fitness is obviously a huge part of your life. What's something about you that doesn't fit that profile?
I'm going to become certified as a trainer. I love helping people. I love teaching my friends. I learned on my own. I never had a trainer. People will look at me and be like, "You're a gym rat--all you do is work out." They think I'm a health freak
But what people don't understand is you can work out a lot but you're still normal.
I still eat, I still drink. Chocolate I will never give up. I eat according to how much I work out.
I hate when people complain, but they're too lazy to go work out. I'm the laziest person ever. I spend an hour legit working out, two hours mingling, resting a bit, then getting back to my workout. I try to go at hours when there's not a lot of people working out.
