Suppose I uploaded a picture of a cookie cake, which I eat every day. I have chocolate every single day. Ice cream? My weakness. I'd have haters saying, "Oh, you're not actually healthy." You can still be in shape and eat according to your goals. <br /> People eat more to gain muscle. <b>What's something positive you've learned? </b><br /> I used to hate water... Weights! I didn't know how to use those. I just did cardio, like every other young girl.
