My weakness is dessert--don't write that down!


Don't you think people want to hear that? You can eat dessert and still drive yourself--
Caged heat
Suppose I uploaded a picture of a cookie cake, which I eat every day. I have chocolate every single day. Ice cream? My weakness. I'd have haters saying, "Oh, you're not actually healthy." You can still be in shape and eat according to your goals.
People eat more to gain muscle. When I eat more and go kill the gym, I see more abs pop out.
My weakness is dessert--don't write that down! Don't you think people want to hear that? You can eat dessert and still drive yourself--
What's your worst fitness habit?
I don't have a set "Back day" or anything, I just go do everything at once.

What's something positive you've learned?
I used to hate water... Weights! I didn't know how to use those. I just did cardio, like every other young girl. People think it's going to make you big and shredded. Not true.
